The WindScreen is one of those projects. It's a tileable array of tiny windmill power generators, and looks like something very smoothly and carefully engineered. Now you have to picture a whole wall of those shiny wind traps, spinning in all directions.

I'm pretty sure all the turbine are polished for aerodynamical concerns. It surely acts also as a bird repellent, like moving mirrors. Otherwise, I can't wait to see such artificial habitat clogged by unwanted nests and stuck owls (Futurama-style).
Innovation. Could be seen of the technophile environment conscious brother of the green wall, so why not ?
Feasibility. All bases seeming covered here. Minus the PETA seal of approval perhaps.
Scamazing rating. Doesn't apply there. They got judge for that matter at the Dyson Award.
